General Remarks:
- Uniformed chauffeur service for 4 Hours, fuel and Salik are included in tariff.
- Kindly be advised that extending service by 15 minutes or more is considered a full hour and charged accordingly
- The gratuity to chauffeur is not included in the above given rates, and will be decided by the client.
- The chauffeur details will be provided only 12 hours prior to the service.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Any violation is liable for a penalty of AED700 to be paid by the hirer /client.
- Parking charges as per the cost.
* Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the service / No show will be charged in full.
Full Day Tariff Includes:
- 10 continuous hours of uniformed chauffeur service, fuel and Road Tolls (Salik).
Extra Charges, if any:
- Excess hours, after 10 continuous hours, will be charged.
- An additional charge will be applied for service outside Dubai (eg. Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, FUJ, RAK, UAQ)
- Overnight stay charge will be applied for the service outside Dubai / Sharjah limit at the rate of AED 250 per night + VAT
- Parking charges as per the cost.
General Remarks:
- We reserve the right to replace either vehicle or chauffeur with no penalty on to us, in case of mishap e.g. mechanical breakdown, accident, chauffeur sickness etc.
- The gratuity to chauffeur is not included in the above given rates, and will be decided by the client.
- The chauffeur details will be provided only 24 hours prior to the service.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Any violation is liable for a penalty of Dhs. 700/-, to be paid by the hirer / client.
- Service is restricted to within the natural borders of United Arab Emirates.

General Remarks:
- Transfers are direct; any stopovers/extra services are entitled to additional charges.
- We keep a track of the flight status for all arrivals.
- For all arrivals, normal parking charges is charge at AED 50 per hour / VIP Parking at AED 80 per hour.
- For arrival transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 1 hour from the actual flight landing time.
- For departure / any non – airport related transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 30 minutes.
